Event Doors – 8:00am
General Entry – Free
Photography: Sutherland Shire Gamers Club will be taking photos throughout the event, including general atmosphere shots and images of games being played. If you do not consent to having your photo taken or appearing in promotional material, please speak with a club member or your event organiser so we can accommodate your request.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the event and support participants. For everyone’s enjoyment, please remain respectful and courteous to all players and attendees at all times.
This event is open to participants of all ages; however, youth aged 16 or under must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The canteen serves breakfast, lunch and snacks. Soft drinks, hot drinks and beer.

Bus Routes –
- Routes 970, S314, S016, S301, and S308 all stop within a short walk
- The closest stops are Sylvania Rd at Garnet Rd (4‑minute walk) and Garnet Rd at Sylvania Rd (5‑minute walk).
Train –
The nearest train station is Gymea Station, about a 7‑minute walk from the venue. It’s on the T4 Cronulla Line, making it easy for attendees travelling from Sutherland, Miranda, Cronulla, or the city.
- Parking at the centre is limited, with only a small number of spaces available in the onsite car park.
- Most visitors use free, untimed street parking along Box Road and the surrounding streets, generally within a 2–5 minute walk of the venue.
- The centre does not have designated accessibility parking bays onsite. Visitors requiring accessible parking should plan to use nearby street parking, which includes kerb ramps close to the entrance
Onsite Services
Canteen – Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the day, including snacks and refreshments for players and spectators.
Accessibility ramps – The venue includes ramp access across key areas. If you require assistance or additional support, please speak with a club member — we’re here to help.
Toilets – Toilets are available onsite, including facilities suitable for general event use.
Accessible toilets are available inside the Main Hall on the left past the female toilets.
Limited Parking – Onsite parking is limited. Most attendees will need to use free, untimed street parking along Box Road and nearby streets.
Payment Methods – Cash and card payments are accepted at the canteen and club services. Please note there is no ATM onsite.
