Dates | Saturday 4th October to Monday 6th October 2025 |
Times | Venue opening times 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Saturday/Sunday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday All competitors will need to vacate the premises by 7pm Competition Commencement times vary as required. Please set your start and finish times to work in with the venues opening and closing times. |

Setup Times | 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday and from 7:00 am on Saturday. Other times by prior arrangement |
Information | Tournament Blurbs will be placed on the MOAB website with links to player packs and discussion forums. Please notify the organizer of any changes to the information or associated links. |
Presentation | Every effort should be made to ensure that each `game’ is well presented and that it makes for a pleasing game and that it helps to attract visitors. To assist in this aim, scenic items (table tops and terrain) can be provided., please specify flocked or plain. For any special requirements please contact the organisers before the event. |
Pricing | The base entry fee being what MOAB requires for competitors is as follows – 1 day – $35 2 days – $55 3 days – $60 Prize support etc must be added to the amounts above. Note- After 23/9, tournament entry fees may incur a $10 late fee. |
Promotion | Please assist us with promoting the event by either distributing flyers, displaying posters or via discussion on public forums. Please place a link to our website https://www.sutherlandshiregamers.org/MOAB-Events/ If you can help promoting the event in any other way please contact us. |
Sponsorship | ALL sponsorship arrangements MUST go through MOAB. This way we ensure that a sponsor’s contribution is appropriately recognised, that there is consistency in the sponsorship across the convention and that the distribution of the sponsorship is transparent. Unless otherwise arranged MOAB sources sponsorship on the weekend with participating traders, specific sponsorship requirements can be organized beforehand. If you require a specific source of sponsorship, please contact the MOAB organiser. |
Entry Fees | Fees are set by the organising committee and are advertised via the MOAB website. |
Security | The facility and gates will be locked at night however no responsibility can be accepted for property left overnight. Please do not leave cash or other valuables unattended. |
Insurance | Sylvania Heights Community & Youth Club maintains Public Liability Insurance only. |
Assistance / Information | Should you need any help please speak to the event organiser. |
Canteen | A well-stocked Canteen will open at 7.30am and be operating over the three days of the convention selling hot and cold food and Drinks. |
Bring and Buy | The Bring and Buy’s hours of operation are: Items can be booked in from 2pm to 6pm on Friday and from 7.30 AM Saturday, alternatively by prior arrangement with the Organiser. Opens for Sales 10:30 AM to 5 PM Saturday 8:00 AM to 5 PM Sunday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday |
Car Parking | Please park in the designated car parks. Do not park on any of the playing fields or other grassed areas. The lower ground car park must be vacated by 7.00 pm as it will be locked by the local council ranger whether cars are in there or not. A fee applies to reopen the gate after this time. |
Rubbish | Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Rooms will be cleaned each evening and rubbish removed. |
