Participation games at MOAB are free to play and are available to the general public.

In the far future of the 29th century, mankind has returned from the stars to colonise the Earth again. War breaks out between the ruling democratic force and the independent Militia. Once again, the earth is plunged into war with men in power armoured suits, walkers and heavy armoured vehicles fighting for ownership.
After the success of the ShireCon participation game, we’ve decided to run it again. Come and try a 20-minute quick shot, or a longer game. All participants get a free $13 Blister for being a part of the event.

ZONA ALFA – Post-Apocalyptic Skirmish
The twisting ruins of the “Zone” holds all manner of treasures for those bold or foolish enough to seek them. Will you find adventure and riches, or a inglorious end under the claws of some hideous mutant horror?
ZONA ALFA is a post-apocalyptic skirmish/cooperative experience for up to 5~6 players per session. No experience required. Choose your operative and test your skills against the worst mutants and anomalies the “Zone” can conjure.

Battle of Ctesiphon 263AD
Fought outside the Sassanid capital in modern-day Iraq, on the eastern bank of the Tigris River between the Sassanid Empire and a Palmyrene army with Roman contingents under king Odaenathus, husband of the famous Zenobia. We intend to replay this in all its colourful glory in 28mm using the Sword & Spear ruleset. Come see Elephants, Cataphracts, Camels and Legions determine who will rule the Middle-East.
